z [Advanced] tab 6.9 Setting the Scan Options The following two classes of setting options are available. z Default These are the factory settings. To put a high priority on the scan speed, press the [Default] button. z Custom This is shown when the user has customized any scanning preferences from the "Default" option. Press each scan option button to set it as desired. Function settings (for e-Mail, Fax, Print, Save) are saved for each user, and will be used each time that user logs in. For details, refer to the sections from "6.9.1 Carrier Sheet" (page 372) onward. 6 The following scan option settings are used if the Default settings are selected.
