4. Enter a password and confirm password. Passwords may be up to 16 characters long. In addition to alphanumeric characters, spaces and the following symbols can be used Password" and "Confirm Password" are case sensitive. z The "Caps Lock" indicator is on if the keyboard's Caps Lock is set. HINT z The "Num Lock" indicator is on if the keyboard's Num Lock is set. 5. Press the [OK] button. The PDF will be created with password protection. On the "Require PDF Password" screen, pressing the [No] button cancels HINT the set password.
