Chapter 9 Cause Your network is configured with an authentication protocol not supported by the installation software. Solution Use one of the supported protocol types listed in the Embedded Web Server. Types not supported include: WPA2-AES, WPA2-TKIP, LEAP, PEAP, EAP-MD5, EAP-TLS, or EAP-TTLS. Error message: Invalid passkey. Cause You have entered the WPA passkey incorrectly. Solution Enter the correct passkey, making sure it has between 8 and 63 characters. Usually you can find the WEP key by logging on to the access point through your computer.
