banner does not print correctly When the printer encounters a problem printing a banner, the following display appears on the LCD panel. check the paper tray • Unfold and refold the paper when several sheets feed into the printer at once. • Confirm that the unattached edge of the banner paper stack is facing the printer. • Verify that the correct paper for banner printing is used. check the printer properties Follow the basic printing instructions and verify the following setting: tab Setup setting • Paper Size: Appropriate size For basic printing instructions, see printing a document. 138
