Firmware upgrade Allows you to upgrade your printer's firmware. Media profile update Allows you to update the media profiles for your printer. HP instant support Provides a link to HP Instant Support. To obtain files from the HP Designjet Web site, you should click the link to technical support and then select the HP Designjet for which you want the file. firmware upgrade The Firmware upgrade provides a method of upgrading your printer's firmware (also known as system software). You can download a new firmware file to your computer's hard disk via a link to a Web address.
