Shut down the tablet. If you are unsure whether the tablet is off or in Hibernation, turn the tablet on, and then shut it down through the operating system. 2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the tablet. 3. Disconnect the power from the tablet by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and then unplugging the AC adapter from the tablet. 4. Remove the display panel assembly (see Display assembly on page 32), and then remove the following components: a. Mylar shield (see Mylar shield (WWAN models only) on page 37) b. Battery (see Battery on page 40) c. Thermal solution (see Thermal solution on page 38) d. Solid-state drive (see Solid-state drive on page 42) e. WWAN module (if applicable) (see WWAN module (select models only) on page 44) f. System board (see System board on page 61) Remove the WLAN antenna: 1. Left WLAN antenna; models without a WWAN module: Remove the left WLAN antenna from the left speaker: a. Disconnect the antenna cable from the WLAN module (1). b. Before removing the WLAN antenna, follow these steps:
1.
