Setting Your Graphics Configuration When you see a message similar to the following clearly and legibly, select that monitor type by pressing Enter Path Slot Head Type Size Freq Class ---- ----- GRAPHICS(0) 0 1 n nnnnnnnn nnHz Press [RETURN] to select this monitor type (type n of n types). Confirm your selection by typing Y when prompted. The system continues its boot process. Model 743: a. When the Boot Console Handler's (BCH's) Main Menu is displayed, press 2 Enter The PATH CONFIGURATION menu is then displayed. b. Press 3 Enter to select Console Path. The CONSOLE PATH menu is then displayed. c. The BCH designation for each graphics device depends on which graphics options are installed on your Model 743 SBC. They may be designated as GRAPHICS 1, GRAPHICS 2, or GRAPHICS 3. For systems with an HP-RT operating system, please refer to the X11 SERVERrt Installation and Configuration Guide for information to determine your system's graphic configuration. 3-8
