Consistent Device Naming NOTE: This option is available on Gen8 servers. This option controls names assigned to devices. Options include: • CDN Support for LOMs only-Embedded NICs and FlexibleLOM (not NICs installed in expansion slots) are named based on their location in the system • Disabled (default)-All NIC ports are named based on their location in the system. NOTE: Existing NIC connections retain their names until reinstalled under the OS environment. Advanced Options menu 115
