The xw460c blade workstation supports two types of graphics adapters: 1. Graphics adapters installed in the blade workstation-These graphics adapters are based on MXM (Mobile PCI Express Modules) cards, and include an "M" in the product name, such as the NVIDIA Quadro FX 770M graphics adapter. 2. Graphics adapters installed in the HP Graphics Expansion Blade-These graphics adapters were originally offered on the line of HP personal workstations. With the introduction of the HP Graphics Expansion Blade, certain personal workstation graphics adapters are also supported in the graphics expansion blade. Table 3-5 lists the graphics adapters supported by the blade workstation solution, organized by type-installed in the blade workstation or installed in the expansion blade.
