On your typewriter, you have to type the repetitive letter only once. Storing a Repetitive Letter Using Stop Codes 1. Insert paper; install the desired printwheel; set margins, tabs, and line space. 2. Press Store + the number where you want to store the letter. • The Store light blinks. 3. When the Store light comes on solid, type the repetitive letter placing stop codes (Code + 9) wherever variable €nformation is to appear. 4. Press Store to close storage. In the example on the next page, the variable information, such as name, address, salutation, and additional information In the body of the letter, is shaded ( ).
