Microsoft Network Setup wizard gives you access to the Internet. For information about using the Microsoft Network Setup wizard, see the Windows NT Workstation manual. Using the Customize menu You can use the Customize menu to view system information, back up your configuration, install additional software from the Software Selections CD, and customize Access IBM. Viewing system information: You can use the View system information menu to get information about the microprocessor, the amount of system memory, and your devices. To view system information: 1. From the Access IBM main menu, click Customize. 2. From the Customize menu, click View system information. An Internet Explorer screen appears showing the system summary information. (This is the same information you see when you press F1 at startup and start the Configuration/Setup Utility program.) Backing up your configuration: You can use Back up your configuration to access ConfigSafe, a program that takes a "snapshot" of the Windows NT Workstation configuration of your computer. To back up your configuration: 1. From the Access IBM main menu, click Customize. 2. From the Customize menu, click Back up your configuration. The ConfigSafe EZ window appears. Also, a help window with instructions to back up your configuration appears. 3. Follow the instructions on the screen. For more information about ConfigSafe, see "Using the ConfigSafe program" on page 111. Installing additional software: In addition to your IBM-preinstalled programs and device drivers, additional software is provided on the Software Selections CD. See "Additional software" on page 6 for a description of these programs. For more information about using the Software Selections CD, see Appendix A, "Using the Software Selections CD" on page 129.
