Customizing Access IBM: You can use Customize Access IBM to customize your desktop. You can enable or disable multimedia effects and cue cards, control how Access IBM is displayed on your desktop, and change the items in the Access IBM menu. To customize Access IBM: 1. From the Access IBM main menu, click Customize. 2. From the Customize menu, click Customize Access IBM. 3. Follow the instructions on the screen. Additional tasks You can use Access IBM to get help, view documentation, and view the online warranty. You can also use Access IBM to link directly to IBM Web sites and get the latest device drivers and information about your computer. To view documentation: 1. From the Access IBM main menu, click Get help. 2. From the Get help menu, click View documentation. 3. Select the document that you want to open. Note: The online documentation is in PDF format. You will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available on the Software Selections CD. To view the online warranty: 1. From the Access IBM main menu, click View license and warranty. 2. From the View license and warranty, click View the warranty. Creating an emergency repair disk At your earliest opportunity, create a Microsoft Windows NT Emergency Repair Disk. It is important that you create this diskette, which can be used for recovery purposes. If you add features to your computer, create a new Emergency Repair Disk to ensure that the diskette reflects your current system configuration. Customizing Access IBM:
You can use
