Service Processor message FRU/action Uncorrectable memory error on bank J14 and J16 1. DIMM Notes: a. Failing DIMM latches will be illuminated. b. Failing memory bank will be disabled. After the failing DIMM has been replaced go into the Configuration/Setup Menu Advanced Options to re-enable the bank. 2. If failing DIMM latch is not illuminated, run memory diagnostic programs. 3. SMP Module. Uncorrectable memory error on bank J2 and J4 1. DIMM Notes: a. Failing DIMM latches will be illuminated. b. Failing memory bank will be disabled.
