In LBA mode, this register contains native max LBA bits
0 - 7. (L=1)
In CHS mode, this register contains native max sector number. (L=0)
Cylinder High/Low
In LBA mode, this register contains native max LBA bits
8 - 15 (Low),
16 - 23 (High). (L=1)
In CHS mode, this register contains native max cylinder number. (L=0)
