Power modes The following chart provides information regarding the power modes of the scanner, LED status and the manual or automatic action that will put the scanner into a given power mode. Mode Scanner off Standby LED Off Steady yellow Power consumption Manual Action Automatic Action 0 watts Turn the power switch on the None back of the scanner to the Off position (O). < 1 watt This is the mode the scanner is in when the power is first turned on (the power switch on the back of the scanner is in the On position [I]). Low Power Ready The scanner goes from Low Power mode to Standby mode by pressing the Power button for more than 2 seconds. Flashing yellow < 4 watts The scanner goes from Ready mode to Low Power mode by pressing the Power button for more than 2 seconds. Steady green
