2H5/2HS (2) Switching the fuser pressure The fuser pressure may be decreased to suppress the print quality problems such as paper creases and curls. It must be cautioned that decreasing the fuser pressure could cause loose toner fusing. Procedure 1. Remove the cassette (See page 1-5-6). 2. Open the duplex cover (Duplex model only). 3. Slide the fuser lever R and L. Normal: Flush with the front of the machine. Fuser pressure decreased: Flush with the rear of the machine. (2) Switching the fuser pressure
The fuser pressure may be decreased to suppress the print quality problems such as paper creases and curls.
It must be cautioned that decreasing the fuser pressure could cause loose toner fusing.
Procedure
1.
Remove the cassette (See page 1-5-6).
2.
Open the duplex cover (Duplex model only).
3.
Slide the fuser lever R and L.
Normal: Flush with the front of the machine.
Fuser pressure decreased: Flush with the
rear of the machine.
