Applying labels to the base cover: The new base cover FRU is shipped with a kit containing labels of several kinds. Important:
For models with Instant Media Mode card, after you install a new system board, prior to installing
the Instant Media Mode card, make sure that you update the system board with the original MTM and serial
number of the computer.
Otherwise, data on the Instant Media Mode card will be erased at power-on
stage if the MTM and serial do not match.
Applying labels to the base cover:
The new base cover FRU is shipped with a kit containing labels of several kinds.
Note:
If the Windows Certificate of Authentication label (COA)

is attached to a part that is replaced, return
the old part with the label to the customer, or provide the customer with a note of the label information,
which includes label location, label name, label part number, serial number, and product key.
When you replace the base cover, you need to apply the following label:
