6. Locate the PCI Express card slot for installing the RAID card, and then remove the PCI Express card slot bracket from the riser card assembly 2. Touch the static-protective package that contains the RAID card to any unpainted surface on the outside of the server. Then, take the RAID card and the low-profile bracket out of the package. Note: Carefully handle the RAID card by its edges. 8. Remove the two screws that secure the RAID card, and then remove the full-height bracket from the RAID card. Figure 43.
