Off prints a partial page when there is not enough memory to print the whole page. • On sets the printer to process the whole page so that the entire page prints. Returns the printer settings to the factory default settings Notes: • Do Not Restore is the factory default setting. Do Not Restore keeps the user‑defined settings. • Restore returns all printer settings to the factory default settings except Network/Ports menu settings. All downloads stored in RAM are deleted. Downloads stored in flash memory or on a printer hard disk are not affected. Description Specifies a default number of copies for each print job Note: 1 is the factory default setting. Sets a default paper source for all print jobs Note: Tray 1 (standard tray) is the factory default setting. Stacks the pages of a print job in sequence when printing multiple copies Note: On is the factory default setting. Controls whether the job prints on one side or both sides of the paper Note: 1 sided is the factory default setting. Specifies whether print jobs are stapled Notes: • This menu item is available only when the StapleSmart II Finisher is installed. • Off is the factory default setting. Print jobs are not stapled.
