Setting up and using the Home Screen applications 57 Changing the idle screen settings using the Embedded Web Server 1 From the Embedded Web Server, click Settings > Embedded Solutions > Background and Idle Screen > Configure. 2 Under Idle Screen Settings, make sure Enable is selected. 3 Beside Start Time, enter the number of seconds the printer is idle before the idle screen images appear. 4 Beside Image Interval, enter the number of seconds between image changes. 5 Click Apply. Exporting and importing a configuration using the Embedded Web Server You can export configuration settings into a text file that can then be imported and used to apply the settings to one or more additional printers. Exporting the configuration 1 From the Embedded Web Server, click Settings > Embedded Solutions. 2 From Installed Solutions, click the name of the application you want to configure. 3 Click Configure. 4 Click Export. 5 Follow the browser prompts to save the configuration file. You will have the option to enter a unique file name or use the default name. Note: If a JVM Out of Memory error occurs, repeat the export until the settings file is saved.
