Special Modes In addition to the MasterChef programs your oven has a variety of Special Modes.  Select Special Modes. The following Special Modes are available: - Defrost - Dehydrate - Reheat (to reheat plated meals) - Warm-up Cookware - Proof - Slow Roasting See "Slow Roasting" for more information. - Pizza - Sabbath Program The Slow Roasting Special Mode can only be used on the upper oven.
