Cleaning and care If stains and food residues are allowed to remain on surfaces for a longer period of time, it may no longer be possible to remove them. Continued use without cleaning will make the oven much harder to clean. Remove any soiling immediately. The accessories are not dishwashersafe, with the exception of the wireless roast probe. Tips - Soiling caused by spilt juices and cake mixtures is best removed while the oven is still warm. Use caution and make sure the oven is not too hot - Danger of burns. - To make cleaning easier you can dismantle the oven door, remove the side runners and lower the Browning/ Broiling element. Normal soiling There is a seal around the oven interior which seals the inside of the door. Take care not to rub, damage or move the gasket.  Remove normal soiling immediately using a clean sponge with warm water and liquid dish soap applied with a clean, damp microfiber cloth.  After cleaning, ensure that any detergent residue is removed with clean water. This is particularly important when cleaning surfaces treated with PerfectClean enamel as detergent residue can impair the non-stick properties.  After cleaning, dry the surfaces with a soft cloth. Wireless Roast Probe The wireless roast probe can be cleaned in the dishwasher. 120
