Features Gourmet Casserole Dishes HUB and Lids HBD Miele Gourmet Casserole Dishes can be placed directly on the wire oven rack. They have an anti-stick coating. The oven dishes have depths of 8 1/2" (22 cm) or 13 3/4" (35 cm). They have the same width and height. Matching lids are also available separately. Depth: 8 1/2" (22 cm) HUB61-22 Depth: 13 3/4" (35 cm) HUB61-35 HBD60-22 HBD60-35 Handle HEG This removable handle makes it easier to remove the baking tray, roasting pan and wire rack from the oven. Wireless Roast Probe The oven is equipped with a wireless roast probe that enables you to monitor the temperature of the cooking process simply and accurately (see "Roasting Wireless roast probe"). The roast probe is kept in the front frame of the oven. The roast probe can only be used in the upper oven. 30
