How to use the viewfinder/monitor 1 Press to switch the display to the monitor. ● When the power is turned on in the Display mode , the monitor 2 turns on. (Monitor button) If nothing appears on the viewfinder: ● Is the power on? ● Has the lens cap been removed? ● Is the camera in the sleep mode? ● Is the monitor turned on with the mode? Note: ● NEVER open the card cover, eject the card, remove the batteries, or pull the plug when the card access lamp is blinking. Doing so could destroy stored pictures and prevent storage of pictures you have just taken. ● The camera will enter sleep mode if no operations are performed during a 1-minute period. The camera will activate again as soon as you touch any switch or button. You can adjust the sleep mode time.(P.159) Please turn the camera off when you are not planning to use it. 61
