Guide to On-Screen Displays (Status Bar and Control Menu) The following explains the 2 types of on-screen displays used with this player: Status Bar and Control Menu. To change the language for the on-screen display You may change the language for the on-screen display to your desired one. See "Using the Setup Display" on page 63. Status Bar This display appears when you press the V (DISPLAY) button once while pressing the SHIFT button. Chapter number of the DVD or the index number of the VIDEO CD or CD Playing time, etc. Title number of the DVD or the track number of the VIDEO CD or CD 1 9 C 00:02:04 Remaining battery 30 power DTS, angle, timer Control Menu The Control Menu appears when you press the V (DISPLAY) button repeatedly while pressing the SHIFT button.
