To change or cancel a program 1 Follow Steps 1 through 3 of "Creating your own program (Program Play)." 2 Select the program number of the title, chapter, or track you want to change or cancel using v/V, then press B. 3 Follow Step 5 for new programming. To cancel a program, select "--" under "T," then press ENTER. To cancel all the titles, chapters, or tracks in the programed order 1 Follow Steps 1 through 3 of "Creating your own program (Program Play)." 2 Press v and select "ALL CLEAR." 3 Then press ENTER. z You can do Repeat Play or Shuffle Play of the programed titles, chapters, or tracks by activating "REPEAT" or "SHUFFLE." On the remote, press REPEAT or SHUFFLE. Notes • When playing Super VCDs, the total time of the programed tracks does not appear on the screen. • The numbers of titles, chapters, or tracks displayed are the same number of titles, chapters, or tracks recorded on a disc. Playing in random order (Shuffle Play) You can have the player "shuffle" titles, chapters, or tracks and play them in a random order. Subsequent "shuffling" may produce a different playing order. SHIFT NX VOL - b/v/V/B/ ENTER 1 While pressing SHIFT, press V 3 times for DVD or twice for VIDEO CD/CD during playback. The Control Menu is displayed. 2 Press v/V to select then press ENTER. (SHUFFLE), The options for "SHUFFLE" appear. 12(27) 18(34) C 00:09:57 OFF OFF TITLE CHAPTER PLAY DVD 3 Press v/V to select the item. x When playing a DVD • TITLE: Shuffles titles and plays them in random order. • CHAPTER: Shuffles chapters and plays them in random order. x When playing a VIDEO CD or CD • TRACK: Shuffles tracks and plays them in random order. x During Program Play • ON: Shuffles titles, chapters or tracks selected in Program Play and plays them in random order. 4 Press ENTER during playback. If the player is stopped, press ENTER followed by NX. 5 While pressing SHIFT, press V to turn off the Control Menu. 30
