Copy Basic Copy Features There are seven basic Copy features available. These features can be selected using the feature keys located on the Control Panel. Lighten/Darken Original Type Reduce/ Enlarge 1-2 Sided Collated Color Original Feature Description FEATURE OPTIONS INSTRUCTIONS Lighten/Darken 5 Contrast Settings ¾ Press [Copy]. z Use to adjust the contrast for a document containing faint or dark images. ¾ Press [Lighten/Darken]. ¾ Using the Navigation Keys select a contrast setting. Each time the key is pressed the selection block on the display moves to the left or right. As the selection block moves to the right the contrast becomes darker. ¾ Press [Enter] to save the selection. Reduce/Enlarge 25 - 400% Reduce/Enlarge from 25 - ¾ Press [Copy]. z Use to reduce or enlarge an image from 25% to 400%, depending on the input area used. 400% using the Document Glass, and ¾ Press [Reduce/Enlarge]. from 25 - 100% using the ¾ Enter the percentage required using the Numeric Document Feeder.
