Connecting front speakers that support bi-amp connections When using front speakers that support bi-amp connections, connect them to the FRONT terminals and SURROUND BACK/PRESENCE/BI-AMP/ZONE B terminals. To enable the bi-amp function, set "Power Amp Assign" (p.85) in the "Setup" menu to "BI-AMP" after connecting the power cable to an AC wall outlet. 1 2 9 3 4 5 Note ▪ Surround back speakers, presence speakers, bi-amp speakers or Zone B speakers cannot be connected simultaneously. ▪ The FRONT terminals and SURROUND BACK/PRESENCE/BI-AMP/ZONE B terminals output the same signals.
