n Volume Configures the volume settings. Scale Switches the scale of the volume display. Settings dB 0-97 Displays the volume in the "dB" unit. Displays the volume in the numeric value (0.5 to 97.0). Dynamic Range Selects the dynamic range adjustment method for bitstream audio (Dolby Digital and DTS signals) playback. Settings Maximum Standard Min/Auto Produces audio without adjusting the dynamic range. Optimizes the dynamic range for regular home use. Sets the dynamic range for clear sound even at night or at low volumes. When playing back Dolby TrueHD signals, the dynamic range is automatically adjusted based on the input signal information. Max Volume Sets the limit value of the volume. Setting range -30.0 dB to +15.0 dB (5.0 dB increments), +16.5 dB [50.0 to 95.0 (5.0 increments), 97.0] Initial Volume Sets the initial volume when the receiver is turned on. Settings Off Sets the level to the volume level of the unit when it last entered standby mode. Adjust the volume for Zone B separately (p.75). Note If "ZoneB Volume" is set to "Async.", the volume for Zone B is temporarily set to -40 dB.
