Omni 56K USB Lite Chapter 7 Drivers 7.1 Driver Installation Refer to the procedure in the Installation chapter. 7.2 Uninstalling Your Driver Log on as the administrator when using Windows 2000 or XP, to be able to remove programs. Step 1. In Windows 98 and 2000: Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, double click Add and Remove Programs and select ZyXEL Omni56K USB Lite. Click Change/Remove. Step 2. Step 3. In Windows XP: Click start, My Computer, Add or Remove Programs, select ZyXEL Omni56K USB Lite. Click Change/Remove. Click Yes at the screen that asks you Do you want to remove ZyXEL Omni56K USB device driver now? Click Yes in the Do you want to reboot computer to compete the process screen to restart your computer after the driver is removed. Unplug the modem from your computer. 7.3 Upgrading Your Driver Uninstall the old driver according to the instructions in the Uninstallation section (above) and install the new driver according to the procedure in the Installation chapter.
