SUNROOF (if so equipped) when the ignition switch is in the ON position or for about 45 seconds after the ignition switch is turned to the ACC, OFF or LOCK position. The doors remain closed. Depending on the environment or driving conditions, the auto reverse function may be activated if an impact or load similar to something being caught in the window occurs. To close the roof, slide the switch to the 2 side k . Sliding position of lid can be chosen according to sliding amount of switch. To fully open or close the roof, completely move 1 2 the switch to the k or k side. Tilting the sunroof 3 To tilt up, push the side k of the tilt switch. When the roof is open, it will automatically close and then tilt up. To tilt down the 4 sunroof, push the side k . When the roof is open, it will automatically close. WARNING There are some small distances immediately before the closed position which cannot be detected. Make sure that all passengers have their hands, etc., inside the vehicle before closing the window. SIC2062 AUTOMATIC SUNROOF The sunroof will only operate when the ignition switch is in the ON position. The automatic sunroof is operational for about 45 seconds, even if the ignition switch is turned to the ACC, OFF or LOCK position. If the driver's door or the front passenger's door is opened during this period of about 45 seconds, power to the sunroof is canceled. Restarting the sunroof sliding switch The sliding switch will become inoperable after the battery terminal is disconnected, the electrical supply interrupted and/or some abnormality detected. Use the following re-set procedure to return sunroof operation to normal. 1. Keep pushing the tilting switch toward tilt UP. 2. After the lid has tilted up gradually, it will automatically close all the way, then return to normal operation. Sliding the sunroof To open the roof, slide the switch to the 1 side k . When the roof is tilted up, it will automatically tilt down and then open. AUTOMATICSUNROOF
The sunroof will only operate when the ignition
switchisintheONposition.
The automatic sunroof is operational for about
45seconds,eveniftheignitionswitchisturned
to the ACC, OFF or LOCK position. If the
driver’s door or the front passenger’s door is
openedduringthisperiodofabout45seconds,
powertothesunroofiscanceled.
Slidingthesunroof
To open the roof, slide the switch to the
side

automaticallytiltdownandthenopen.
To close the roof, slide the switch to the

Tiltingthesunroof
To tilt up, push the

switch. When the roof is open, it will automati-
cally close and then tilt up. To tilt down the
sunroof,pushthe

Restartingthesunroofslidingswitch
The sliding switch will become inoperable after
thebatteryterminalisdisconnected,theelectri-
cal supply interrupted and/or some abnormality
detected.Usethefollowingre-setprocedureto
returnsunroofoperationtonormal.
1. KeeppushingthetiltingswitchtowardtiltUP.
2. After the lid has tilted up gradually, it will
automaticallyclosealltheway,thenreturnto
normaloperation.
