Trunk To unlock the trunk from the outside,insert the key and turn the trunk lock cylinder. Remote Trunk Release 1A CAUTION: It canbe dangerous todrive with the trunklid open because carbon monoxide (CO)gas can come into yourvehicle. You can't see or smell CO. It can cause unconsciousness and even death. If you must drive with the trunklid open or if electrical wiring other cableconnections must or pass through the seal between the body and the trunk lid: Make sure all windows are shut. lbrn the fan on your heating or cooling system t its highest speed with the setting on o VENT. That will force outsideair into your vehicle.
