2-18 Removal and Replacement Procedures Processor Fan The processor fan is removed for replacement only. To remove the processor fan: 1. Perform the preparation procedures. See "Preparation Procedures" earlier in this chapter. 2. Remove the left side access panel. See "Left Side Access Panel" earlier in this chapter. 3. Remove the four T-15 screws securing the processor fan to the chassis. 4. Pull the processor fan forward slightly, then out the side of the server. Figure 2-16. Processor Fan
The processor fan is removed for replacement only.
To remove the processor fan:
