Printing Two-sided Documents You can print two-sided documents to save paper and make your output look like a professional, bound document. The EPL-N1200 makes it easy by providing a Duplexing option in the non-PostScript printer driver. Note: If you're using the printer in the PostScript mode, you may still be able to print two-sided documents. Select odd-numbered pages only in your application's Print dialog box. Remove the printed pages and place them back into the paper tray, with the unprinted side face up and the top of the document leading into the printer. Then select even-numbered pages in your application's Print dialog box. Follow these steps to print a two-sided document: 1. Set up your multiple-page print job in your application. 2. From your application program, access the printer driver (see Chapter 2 for instructions). 3. Click the Paper tab. 4. Select either Top Binding or Left Binding for the Duplexing setting, depending on whether you plan to bind your document at the top or the left side. 5. Click OK to save your settings and exit the printer driver. 6. Select the Print command in your application program to send the print job. The printer prints every other page (odd numbers first). When it has finished printing the odd-numbered pages, you see a message telling you to reinsert the pages in the printer. 1-6 Paper Handling
