EPL-N1200 driver settings (continued) Setting Options Printer SelecType tab * Graphics Mode Raster -internal fonts Description Sets the graphics printing mode used by the printer. (This setting affects the available Halftone options on the Print Settings tab; see page 2-10 for details.) Use these for: Most printing EPSON GL/2 Faster printing of line art and business graphics Device Resolution Pure Raster High (600 dpi) Low (300 dpi) RITech Density Show all font names Dark Medium Light Off Darkest Dark Medium Light Lightest On Off Bidi Mode Bidi ON Bidi OFF Low memory conditions without printer fonts. Sets the range of resolutions available in the Graphic Resolution setting on the Print Settings tab; see page 2-10 for details. Sets the RITech (Resolution Improvement Technology) setting for your print job; see Chapter 5 for details. Sets the print density to make your printout darker or lighter as necessary. Sets the driver to add the printer's internal fonts to your application program's font list (On) or not add the fonts (Off). Sets the printer's parallel interface for bidirectional communication, allowing printer status messages to appear on your computer. If you receive errors or your system "hangs," turn Bidi Mode OFF.
