CompactFlash If a CompactFlash card is installed, resources such as fonts, macros and profiles can be downloaded, and image files can be printed directly. These functions require that an optional hard disk drive be installed. Installing the CompactFlash card Note If the installed CompactFlash card was used with a device other than this printer, such as a computer or digital camera, the card is automatically formatted and all of its data is deleted.
