ITB motor (M1) Before proceeding, remove the following components: ● Toner-collection unit. See Toner-collection unit on page 91. ● Toner collection unit access door. See Toner collection unit access door on page 117. ● Rear cover. See Rear cover on page 116. ● Right-rear cover. See Right-rear cover on page 119. Remove the ITB motor 1. Disconnect all of the cables and FFCs from the DC controller (release the cables from the guides), remove six screws (callout 1), and then remove the DC controller and the DC controller support.
