Problem Possible Cause Solution The camera does not respond when I press a button (continued). The camera is connected to a computer. The camera

The camera is

they respond, it is only to turn
the Image Display on if it is off,
or, in some cases, turn the
Image Display off if it is on.

Ensure that the memory card is

memory card, and turn on the
camera. If the camera responds
when you press a button, then
the card is probably corrupted.
Replace the memory card.

operating.
Reset the camera (see
