3 3.2 Disposing Trimmings 3.2 Disposing Trimmings Saddle Stitcher SD-513 is equipped with a trimmer. This section describes indications on the screen to inform you that the disposal of trimmings is due, and also instructions on how to dispose it. 3.2.1 Emptying Trim Scrap Box of Saddle Stitcher SD-513 When the trim scrap box of Saddle Stitcher SD-513 becomes full, the following message will appear in the message area of the screen. [Fore-edge trimming scrap box is full / Please empty trimming scrap box] Also, the message [SD trim scrap is full] appears and its indicator lights in red in the Supply/Scrap Parts area of the Machine Screen. Follow the procedure below to dispose of trim scraps. NOTICE The trim scrap box is not disposable. Be sure to return it to the trim scrap tray after disposing of trim scraps. 1 Press [ ] at the upper-right corner of the Machine Screen, or press [Help] on the control panel. Emptying Trim Scrap Box of Saddle Stitcher SD-513
When the
trim scrap box
of
Saddle Stitcher SD-513
becomes full, the following message will appear in the
message area of the screen.

Also, the message [SD trim scrap is full] appears and its indicator lights in red in the Supply/Scrap Parts area
of the Machine Screen.
Follow the procedure below to dispose of trim scraps.
NOTICE
