4.9 Performing 2-Side Slitting on Fold & Stapled/Multi Half-Folded Paper 4 Setting item [Fold&Staple] (+ [Fore-edge Trimming]) Fold & Staple Setting [2-Side Slitting] to be set to [ON] For Booklet in Application, select [Cover With Copy Sheet] or [Cover With Blank Sheet]. or [Multi Half] (+ [Foreedge Trimming]) Fold & Staple Setting [2-Side Slitting] to be set to [ON] For Booklet in Application, select [Cover With Copy Sheet] or [Cover With Blank Sheet]. Details Select [All Sheets] for "2-Side Slitting" to perform 2-side slitting on cover and body. Select [Cover Only] for "2-Side Slitting" to perform 2-side slitting on cover only. Illustration NOTICE Slitting can be specified within the range from 8.0 mm to 26.0 mm in increments of 0.1 mm. The difference of specified 2-side slitting between the two sides must be within 10.0 mm. [Offset against Cover] is enabled when [Cover With Copy Sheet] or [Cover With Blank Sheet] is selected for Booklet in Application. Slitting of body relative to cover can be specified within the range from -1.0 mm to +1.0 mm in increments of 0.1 mm. NOTICE The multi half-folded and stapled sets will be delivered onto the bundle exit tray. Set up the bundle exit tray extension, and follow the preparation process before opening the stopper. Failing to carry out the preparation may lead to output sheets falling off the bundle exit tray.
