The transmitting subscriber identification can be added to documents sent
from this machine. This information is printed in the header of the received
document as a part of the image.
For details on the settings for specifying where to print the transmitting
subscriber identification and for printing the recipient information in the
transmitting subscriber identification, refer to “[Header/Footer Set-
tings]” on page 2-9.
G3 fax
The following information can be printed as the transmitting subscriber identi-
fication.
Sender’s name
Fax numbers of the sender or recipient
Date/time that transmission begins
Communication number
Page number/total number of pages
For details on the registering the name and fax number of the sender
(this machine), refer to “[Sender Settings]” on page 2-8.
During a manual transmission, the total number of pages is not printed
in the transmitting subscriber identification.
Internet fax
The following information can be printed as the transmitting subscriber identi-
fication.
From address of the Internet fax (E-mail)
Date/time that transmission begins
Communication number
Page number/total number of pages
When sending Internet faxes, transmitting subscriber identification is
added inside the document.
