4049-XXX 200-Sheet Second Drawer, Rt 1. Remove the print cartridge. 2. Remove all paper trays and any duplex or dual rear feeder options. 3. Remove the right cover. 4. Remove the RIP board and inner EMC shield together. 5. Remove the cable cover near the right cover pivot pin. 6. Disconnect J15 and J17 from the engine board and push the cables down through the hole into the base. 7. Carefully turn the machine onto its left side. 8. Remove the four screws holding the second drawer to the printer, avoiding damage to the two cables, and remove the drawer. Repair Information 4-44

200-Sheet Second Drawer, Rt
1.
Remove the print cartridge.
2.
Remove all paper trays and any duplex or dual rear feeder
options.
3.
Remove the right cover.
4.
Remove the RIP board and inner EMC shield together.
5.
Remove the cable cover near the right cover pivot pin.
6.
Disconnect J15 and J17 from the engine board and push the
cables down through the hole into the base.
7.
Carefully turn the machine onto its left side.
8.
Remove the four screws holding the second drawer to the
printer, avoiding damage to the two cables, and remove the
drawer.
