4049-XXX High Capacity Feeder Paper Feed Rollers 1. Open the feeder door so the tray lowers. 2. Turn the printer power off and remove the line cord from the electrical outlet. 3. Remove all paper trays and auxiliary rear feeders from the printer. 4. Remove the printer from the feeder. 5. Remove the two roller retainers from the feedroll shaft. 6. Slide the roller shaft to one side to disengage it, then lift and slide the other way to free both ends from the arms. 7. Lift the shaft keeping the drive chain engaged. 8. Slide the rollers off each end. 4-45

High Capacity Feeder Paper Feed Rollers
1.
Open the feeder door so the tray lowers.
2.
Turn the printer power off and remove the line cord from the
electrical outlet.
3.
Remove all paper trays and auxiliary rear feeders from the
printer.
4.
Remove the printer from the feeder.
5.
Remove the two roller retainers from the feedroll shaft.
6.
Slide the roller shaft to one side to disengage it, then lift and
slide the other way to free both ends from the arms.
7.
Lift the shaft keeping the drive chain engaged.
8.
Slide the rollers off each end.
