Administration of Lexmark Document Producer 35 Using directives in merge data You can include the following directives in the merge data to override activation conditions and other settings associated with formsets in the system: Directive Effect Overrides Valid location #!FORM_SET=name!# * Specifies a formset to use for Project activation conditions Within first the print job. Page activation in the formsets loaded in the page of data conditions within the specified system (Only one formset will be used. formset is used for the print job.) #!DEFAULT_FIELD_MAP=name!# Specifies the name of the field The field map specified in the Anywhere; map file to use for the page of formset valid once per data within which the directive page appears and all following pages until a FIELD_MAP directive or another DEFAULT_FIELD_MAP directive is found #!FIELD_MAP=name!# Specifies the name of the field The field map specified in the Anywhere; map file to use for the page of formset and any valid once per data within which the directive DEFAULT_FIELD_MAP page appears directive #!FORM_NAMES= (1, PPF_file_name_1), (2, PPF_file_name_2)...!# Specifies the page numbers of Page activation conditions in the forms from the specified the formset and any formset to create from the DEFAULT_FORM_NAMES page of data in which the directive directive appears and the page print profile (PPF file, created in Forms Composer) to use. Page print profiles are optional and may be blank; in such a case, parentheses are still required, but the comma inside each set of parentheses is optional.
