TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE (VCR SIDE) Check the following before requesting service. SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE POWER No power. The AC power cord is not connected. Although the power is on, the VCR does not operate. RECORDING Cassette is not inserted. Moisture has condensed on the heads. TV recording does not work.
