Playing back a Tape Various Functions in PLAYER mode The PLAY, STOP, FF, REW, STILL buttons are located on the camcorder and the Remote Control. The SLOW and F.ADV(Frame advance) buttons are located on the Remote Control only. To view a STILL picture (Playback pause) 1 Press (STILL) button during playback or slow playback. 1 To resume playback, press (PLAY) or (STILL) button again. Note - To prevent tape and head-drum wear, your camcorder will automatically stop if it is left for more than 3 minutes in STILL mode without operation. To locate a scene (picture search) 1 Press (FF) or (REW) button once during playback or still mode. To resume normal playback, press (PLAY) button. 1 Keep pressing (FF) or (REW) button during playback or still mode. To resume normal playback, press (PLAY) button. To view a picture playing back slowly 1 Press the SLOW button on the Remote Control during playback. 1 To resume normal playback, press (PLAY) button. Press
(STILL) button during playback or slow playback.
To resume playback, press
(PLAY) or
(STILL) button again.
Note
- To prevent tape and head-drum wear, your camcorder will automatically stop
if it is left for more than 3 minutes in STILL mode without operation.
