Deleting movies You can free media space by deleting movies from a memory card. b Notes • You cannot restore images once they are deleted. • Do not remove the battery pack, the AC Adaptor, or the memory card from your camcorder during the operation. It may damage the memory card. • You cannot delete protected movies. Undo the protection of the movies before you try to delete them (p. 96). • Save important movies beforehand. z Tip • To delete all data recorded on a memory card and recover all the recordable space, format the media (p. 98). 1 Press the MENU button when the THUMBNAIL screen is displayed. 2 Select (EDIT) t [DELETE]. 3 Touch the movies to be deleted. is displayed on the selected images. 4 Touch , successively, according to the screen display. Editing • Press and hold the thumbnail to preview the image. Deleting movies
You can free media space by deleting
movies from a memory card.

•
You cannot restore images once they are
deleted.
•
Do not remove the battery pack, the AC
Adaptor, or the memory card from your
camcorder during the operation. It may damage
