WD Sentinel server has successfully booted the software and is operational. Indicates that a serious fault has occurred and needs immediate attention. The LCD displays the fault condition. Drive LEDs Black Blue Red Off Flashing Solid Ethernet Port Left LED (on back of server) Green/Amber Solid Ethernet Port Green Right LED (on back of server) Blinking If the LED is off while other drive LEDs are on, no drive is installed in the bay. Drive is currently active. Note that all lights in a RAID system are active at the same time by design. Indicates drive failure. The LCD also displays "Storage Degraded." Replace this drive as soon as possible. The system is no longer RAID protected until the drive is replaced and the RAID structure is repaired. The left LED indicates the connection speed of the network connection: • Green indicates a 1000 Mb connection • Amber indicates a 100 Mb connection Indicates link activity.
