Song Playback Settings Repeat Playback This function lets repeatedly practice sections in a Song that you find difficult to play. It lets you play back only a specific section of the Song repeatedly by setting the A point (Start point) and B point (End point), in one-measure increments. A B Repeat playback of this section To start Repeat Playback: When playback reaches the point you want to specify as the Start point, press the [A-B REPEAT] button to set Point A. When playback reaches the point you want to specify as the End Point, press the [A-B REPEAT] button again to set Point B. The specified A-B section of the song will now play repeatedly. A−b REPEAT NOTE • You can also set the A-B Repeat function when the Song is stopped. Simply use the [REW] and [FF] buttons to select the desired measures, pressing the [A-B REPEAT] button for each point, then start playback. To cancel Repeat Playback: Press the [A-B REPEAT] button. "oFF REPEAT" will appear on the display and normal playback of the Song will continue. NOTE • Selecting another Song or Style mode will cancel the A-B Repeat points. To specify the beginning of the Song as Point A: Before starting playback, press the [A-B REPEAT] button to set Point A at the beginning of the Song. To specify the end of the Song as Point B: After Point A is specified during playback, let the Song play back normally until the end. EZ-220 Owner's Manual 21
