LCD - Main functions Warning Stop the motorcycle before using the instrument panel controls. Never operate the instrument panel controls while riding. 1) Coolant oil temperature indicator. Gives engine coolant temperature. Important Stop riding if the temperature reaches the max. value, otherwise the engine might be damaged. 2) Clock. 3) Speedometer. Shows motorcycle road speed. 4) Auxiliary display. Shows, sequentially, the readings of the odometer, trip odometer, average speed, instantaneous fuel consumption, average fuel consumption, fuel used, residual mileage before refuelling, and residual fuel quantity. 5) EOBD light (amber). The engine control unit turns on this light permanently to indicate an error leading to engine block. The light doubles as an indicator for the immobilizer override procedure using the throttle twistgrip. When no errors are present, the light should come on when the ignition switch is set to ON and should go out after a few seconds (normally after 1.8 - 2 sec.). E 13
